Red Stag Supper Club Heritage Menus

Part of this month’s celebration includes a partnership with the Red Stag Supper Club in Minneapolis. Each week during the month of May, Executive Chef TJ Rawitzer will create specialty Heritage Menu featuring an entrée, appetizer or cocktail based on an architectural era or style:

May 5 -11: Victorian era (late 1800’s)

May 12 – 18: Bungalow (1920’s)

May 19-25: Tudor (1930’s)

May 26 – June 1: Mid-Century Modern (1950’s)

Red Stag only uses the freshest and most available ingredients, so we won’t know what will be on the menu until shortly before. Follow us on Facebook to keep up to date on menu offerings each week!
