Preservation Month Celebration at Pioneer Endicott

May is Preservation Month! What better way to celebrate than have a party in a great space at what was once the tallest building in St. Paul! The Pioneer Endicott office buildings are in the process of being transformed into luxury apartments and PAM is giving you a chance to get a sneak-peek! Join us on Tuesday May 20th from 6-8pm to celebrate the renovation of these beautiful buildings as well as all things preservation.

We will have The Sassy Spoon food truck onsite, as well as complimentary wine generously sponsored by Winthrop & Weinstine. In addition to tours of the renovation, we will be partnering with Revival Wine Beer and Spirits, Legacy Chocolates and the Minnesota Museum of American Art in an open house, sampling wine, chocolates and a chance to peruse MMAA’s new exhibit space.

Tickets are now available! Get them here.

The Cass Gilbert-designed Endicott Building, built in 1890 is connected to the Pioneer Building built in 1889 and was St. Paul’s first skyscraper, as well as former home to the Pioneer Press. Together they will soon become  a 234-unit luxury apartment complex complete with commercial space along the first and second floors. In addition, the Minnesota Museum of American Art currently has a Project Space here for their exhibitions, with a permanent facility opening mid-2016. The museum will eventually occupy about 31,000 sq. ft. of the first floor with new galleries, classrooms, offices, retail, and a variety of gathering spaces.
