Duluth Pub Crawl – July 20, 2013

We’re taking our Historic Pub Crawl Series on the road up to Duluth!

It should be an awesome day and we really hope that you will be able to join us. We’ll have discounts at each of the bars, tell some tales of Duluth’s history and even do some trivia.

You can purchase tickets here for $10.

We’ll be visiting Tycoons Alehouse and Eatery, the Red Star Lounge, and even getting a tour of the Fitger’s Brewery.

Each of these establishments has a unique story to tell. Fitger’s was the first brewery in Duluth and the building that houses the operation is on the National Register of Historic Places. Tycoons Alehouse & Eatery is a 2012 Minnesota Preservation Award winner for the adaptive reuse of the building formerly known as “Old City Hall”. Join us to hear these stories and so many more.

We’re thrilled to say that, Tony Dierckins, local historian and author, will be joining us to talk about the brewing history of Duluth and the buildings. You can check out his bio here.

Thanks to all for their participation in this exciting event. We hope you will be able to join us.
