PAM Soliciting RFPs for Completion of Real Estate Feasibility Study

The Preservation Alliance of Minnesota (PAM), Minnesota’s statewide, historic preservation nonprofit organization, is requesting proposals for the completion of a real estate feasibility study. The purpose of the study is to evaluate the need to establish a real estate program, otherwise known as a revolving fund, focused on the state’s historic properties. A preliminary budget for this entire project has been approved not to exceed $13,500 and all deliverables must be complete by Wednesday, August 15, 2012.


Proposals are due by Monday, March 19, 2012, at 5:00 p.m. CST. Click here for the complete Request for Proposals (RFP). Questions from bidders must be submitted by e-mail to the project coordinator by Wednesday, February 29, by 5:00 p.m. CST.  All questions and responses will be compiled and e-mailed to all known bidders by Monday, March 5. The contract will be awarded by Wednesday, March 21, 2012.
