Tax Credit Tour

Celebrating the New State Historic Tax Credit: Sat., April 30, 2011 9:00am

Tour landmark buildings in Saint Paul that have used various tax credits to gain a new and brighter future. We’ll be highlighting three buildings in Lowertown including the Tilsner and former O’Donnell Shoe Building and then venturing over to the Schmidt Brewery for a tour of the rathskeller and bottling house. These buildings will show the complete spectrum from working towards redevelopment (Schmidt), under construction (O’Donnell) and complete rehabilitation (Tilsner). We hope you’ll join us!
