Best of PAM: Minnesota’s Main Streets
Saturday, June 4, 2011

Tour the historic downtowns of Owatonna, Faribault and Northfield on the second installment of our PAM-o-rama series!  We’ll have walking tours of all three downtowns, visit a farmers’ market, get up-close and personal with Louis Sullivan and George Elmslie’s National Farmers’ Bank (a National Historic Landmark), and see some great examples of historic preservation, Main Street style.

We will stop for lunch at the Historic Hutchinson House B&B in Faribault. You will also have the opportunity to explore the Owatonna Farmers’ Market or stop in local businesses in the morning.

This tour will begin and end at the Owatonna Area Chamber of Commerce and Tourism, located at 320 Hoffman Drive. Participants should arrange their own transportation to Owatonna; parking will be available at the Chamber.

UPDATE: This tour is now closed! Thank you to everyone who signed up—and if you’ve missed this tour, we hope you’ll continue to check our website to learn about future tours and events.
